- Serve as a strategic sparring partner for the Collaboration@Work (COWO) business unit on all key topics related to growth, investments, and profitability.
- Act as an analyst, consultant, and source of ideas across all hierarchy levels, with a strong focus on sales and marketing controlling.
- Analyze and evaluate business performance on a daily basis and derive actionable recommendations to optimize results.
- Support the creation of business cases and critically assess them to ensure data‑driven decision‑making.
- Orchestrate the development of the annual planning process as well as in‑year forecasts in close collaboration with the business unit leadership.
- Take ownership of profitability analyses and scenario modeling to assess and define measures for efficiency improvements. Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and special projects to support strategic decision‑making within the business unit.
- Drive the continuous development of business controlling by proactively advancing new subject areas, methods, and tools.

- Successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Partner in Controlling within an internationally operating company – ideally with a focus on sales and marketing controlling.
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of business dynamics.
- A team player with an independent, structured, and reliable working style.
- Confident user of SAP, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams; experience with Lucanet, Jedox, and working knowledge of Power BI are a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills.
