Begleitung der Jahresplanung sowie unterjähriger Forecasts für den edding Geschäftsbereich Collaboration@Work (COWO) in enger Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung
Analyse und Bewertung der Geschäftsentwicklung mit Ableitung zielgerichteter Handlungsempfehlungen zur Ergebnisoptimierung im Rahmen von Performance Reviews
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Business Cases sowie deren kritische Würdigung zur Sicherstellung datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindungen
Erstellung von Profitabilitätsanalysen und Szenarien zur Bewertung und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderprojekten zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen der Business Unit
Proaktive Weiterentwicklung des Business-Controllings hinsichtlich neuer Themengebiete, Methoden und Tools

Das bringst Du mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Business Partner im Controlling in einem international tätigen Unternehmen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Vertriebs- oder Marketingcontrolling
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Teams, Erfahrung mit Lucanet, Jedox, SAP und Power BI wünschenswert
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Analytisches Denken, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes Business-Verständnis
Teamorientierung sowie selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

This is your mission

Supporting annual planning and interim forecasts for the edding Collaboration@Work (COWO) business unit in close coordination with the division management.
Analysis and evaluation of business development, including deriving targeted recommendations for action to optimize results as part of performance reviews.
Support in the creation of business cases and their critical evaluation to ensure data-based decision-making.
Preparation of profitability analyses and scenarios to evaluate and derive measures to increase efficiency.
Conducting ad hoc analyses and special projects to support the business unit's strategic decisions.
Proactive development of business controlling with regard to new topics, methods, and tools.

This is your profile

Successfully completed degree in economics
Several years of relevant professional experience as a business partner in controlling at an international company, ideally with a focus on sales or marketing controlling
Confident use of MS Office and Teams; experience with Lucanet, Jedox, SAP, and Power BI is desirable
Very good written and spoken English skills
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and strong business acumen
Team orientation as well as an independent and structured working style
