Das sind Deine Aufgaben
Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden des Dir zugeordneten Mitarbeitendenkreises in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen
Steuerung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen, z. B. Beratung der Führungskräfte bei disziplinarischen Themen mit vertrauensvoller Verhandlung mit dem Betriebsrat sowie anschließender Entscheidungsfindung
Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften
Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams von People Operations und People Growth
Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen Initiierung, Förderung und Begleitung der Transformationsprozesse
Impulsgeber für strategische HR-Themen sowie Implementierung konzeptioneller Lösungen für HR-Prozesse auf globaler und lokaler Ebene unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie
Das bringst Du mit
Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wie eine Weiterbildung zur Personalfachkauffrau
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources in strategischen wie operativen HR-Rollen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Kontext
Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse des Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrechts
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat
Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie unbedingter Wille zur selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise

Advising and supporting managers and employees within your assigned employee group on all HR-related and labor law matters
Managing individual personnel measures, e.g. advising managers on disciplinary issues, conducting confidential negotiations with the works council, and supporting subsequent decision-making
Negotiating works agreements
Recruiting specialists and executives
Regular coordination and collaboration with the People Operations and People Growth teams
Initiating, promoting, and supporting transformation processes together with the business units
Acting as a driver of strategic HR topics and implementing conceptual solutions for HR processes at both global and local levels, aligned with the company’s strategy
This is your profile
Completed university degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification, such as further training as a certified HR specialist
Several years of professional experience in Human Resources in both strategic and operational HR roles, ideally in an international context
Practical knowledge of labor law and works constitution law
Experience in working with a works council
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication and consulting skills, combined with a strong commitment to independent and solution-oriented working methods
Ability to view change as an opportunity for development
