Das sind Deine Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
Direkter Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen zu Gehalt, Sozialversicherung und Lohnsteuer
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling, z.B. im Rahmen von Jahresabschlussarbeiten
Unterstützung bei der Einführung sowie der laufenden Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten im HR-Management-System Personio
Bearbeitung von verschiedenen personaladministrativen Aufgaben, wie z.B. Vertragsveränderungen

Das bringst Du mit

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit dem Abrechnungssystem PAISY oder vergleichbaren Programmen
Erfahrung mit HR-Managementsoftware Personio wünschenswert
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Offenheit für Neues und hohe Kundenorientierung, bei der der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht

This is your mission

Independent processing of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees
Direct contact person for all questions regarding salary, social security, and income tax
Collaboration with the finance and controlling departments, e.g., during year-end closing procedures
Support with the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and updating of employee data in the Personio HR management system
Handling various HR administration tasks, such as contract amendments

This is your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship
Extensive professional experience in payroll accounting
Very good knowledge of income tax and social security law
Proficient use of the PAISY payroll system or comparable programs
Experience with Personio HR management software is desirable
Very good English skills for communication in an international environment
Structured, reliable, and independent work style
Openness to new ideas and a strong customer focus that puts people first
