Lead and coordinate the International Pricing function, including one direct report
Develop and implement pricing strategies across business units, product categories and sales channels, while steering operational pricing processes
Ensure governance and compliance of pricing policies and continuously monitor and improve pricing processes
Analyse the financial impact of pricing strategies with regard to historical performance, volume impact and overall profitability
Initiate and advise on pricing measures to enhance profitability, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pricing elements (e.g., base prices, discount structures, promotional campaigns)
Act as a strategic business partner to commercial teams and marketing, aligning pricing approaches with channel margin requirements, product positionings and providing clear guidance and recommendations
Drive pricing excellence by educating stakeholders on pricing principles through training, tools, and data-driven insights
Support the design and implementation of pricing test and pilots
Establish and maintain a competitive pricing intelligence framework, monitoring market prices, competitor moves and price positioning across key markets and channels.
Serve as the first point of contact for competition- and antitrust-related topics across the organization
Monitor and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies across the edding Group
Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing and maintaining user-friendly Power BI dashboards for Sales and Marketing business steering and decision-making

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a related field
Several years of professional experience in international pricing, pricing management, or international sales and marketing
Proven track record in leading pricing-related projects in international setups, combined with strong commercial acumen and the ability to effectively solve business challenges
Solid understanding of the impact of pricing on margins and volumes
Ability to identify and anticipate business opportunities and risks, along with a sound understanding of contract negotiations
Strong analytical skills paired with a solid technical understanding and business acumen
Expertise in regulatory and competition law matters
Structured, organized, and self-driven working style, combined with a strong team orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
