Strategic Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for product categories in the areas of traded goods and components
• Development and implementation of category and supplier strategies to ensure competitive, sustainable, and future-oriented procurement
• Establishment, management, and continuous development of strategic supplier relationships
• Responsibility for cost optimization, supply security, quality, and sustainability to achieve the company's economic and environmental objectives
• Leadership, coordination, and active participation in cross-functional category and project teams
• Identification, assessment, and management of procurement, supply chain, and market risks
• Identification and driving of innovation opportunities as well as new sourcing and supplier solutions
• Complaint and claims management in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Preparation of purchase price calculations and maintenance of relevant data in SAP

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with relevant further education or a degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement, ideally at least 5–7 years
• Solid knowledge of SAP and proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in leading complex contract and price negotiations
• Analytical mindset, strong numerical aptitude, and technical understanding
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and confident stakeholder management
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
